Ceiling stains

Cant see in the light, but the ceiling is bubbling about 2 inches, was 4 inches the day before

the door is a hollow core, the tenants said it was all black with mold, so the owners had it painted to cover the mold. You can see the mold on the side.

the door is so warped from water damage it cant close
